Manish has over a decade in the field of patents, designs and trade marks filing and prosecution. He holds a degree in office management as well as a bachelor's degree in law.

 

Other than assisting our clients with the prosecution of their trade mark applications, Manish's areas of practice include assisting our senior attorneys in the filing of pre and post grant oppositions, appeals and revocations, assisting our clientele with their queries and maintaining updated records of all our cases. Manish's expertise lies in the drafting and recordal of assignment agreements and advising clients on issues arising thereon.
